Lately I have been getting into a lot of trouble. Over the holidays I learned a new trick. After I landed on top of the entertainment center I couldn’t stop and slid off the back behind the TV. Luckily Mom was home and tried to help me out. I could get to the top of the back of the TV, but I just didn’t want to put down the toy ball I found, so I kept sliding back down. Mom is to short to get on top and behind the TV to get me out. After many attempts to jump out and possibly an hour, Dad climbed behind the center and got me out. I think it would be a neat hiding place from my sister cats but I don’t think I would like to live back there forever. Here are pictures of my more successful jump.

I know I can make it.

It's too late to turn back now.

I made it!

Hey girls look at me now.

Grace the black cat was bugging Mom and Dad as she usally does for some food they were eating. Dad gave her a white spongy ball better known as a Marshmallow. She loved playing with it. It was light weight and easy to throw around. She licked all the powder off and started to eat some of it. They took it away because she was getting carpet hair all over it after she took bites out of it. They always spoil our fun. Does anyone else out there like marshmallows?

Mom and Dad went to Vala’s Pumpkin Patch for his work party. The provide services for them and we get a discount. They had a campfire, cooked hot dogs and roasted marshmallows. I guess it is a pretty big place and again I don’t know why we can’t tag along with them. When they got home, Mom made them strip in the wash room because of the campfire smell. Wow, I really love campfire smell. I went crazy, it was like I smoked weed (I think, I really don’t know what smoking weed is like or what it does to someone, really).

This summer Mom and Dad went on a vacation. I don’t know what that is except they had fun and it wasn’t much fun for us. We had to have a cat sitter come in to feed us and clean up after us. I don’t understand why we couldn’t go. By looking at the pictures it looks like a great place for cats to run around.

There is a great website that has some fun ideas on it I wanted to share with you. It is listed under my favorites as SugarDoodle. Mom found it when she was preparing her sunbeam lesson. What is a sunbeam you might ask? It is a little 3 year old person that she teaches at church on Sunday. She has four of them in her class and is always telling fun stories about them. I wondered where they went on Sunday mornings for 3 hours while I was sleeping.
Check it out!!
Not too long ago, Mom volunteered to babysit a little person. Now I pretty much don’t like these little people. They move fast and furious and chase me all around. I have an older sister cat named Buddy. Yes, she is a girl, didn’t find out until she was already named. Buddy likes little people and so we have this picture of Ben and Buddy talking. I am sure they are talking about me.

Last week Mom locked us in the bedroom for most of the night. She also put the travel box and black travel bag in the room. She said it was “Just in Case”. What does that mean, Just in Case? Can I tell you I did not like being caged up. I don’t know what she was thinking because there was no way us three girls were getting in those travel bags, good luck getting us out from under the bed. There was weather on the TV channel for 6 hours straight. She was not happy about that at all. Dad didn’t seem to be too excited, although I did hear him say you better put your shoes on “Just in Case. Again, Just in case of what? At around 6:30 p.m. it got really dark outside and little ice balls were hitting the windows. There were sirens going off and on all night long. Later that night a big house across the street got hit by lightening and caught on fire. The fire trucks and police cars were racing by, again sirens. We finally got to come out of the bedroom. I was crazy running around from room to room, up and down the cat tree. I realized I must have a fear of small places. What is that called Cat-stro-phobic. Close enough. The next day we found out that property was destroyed and people died. We were lucky it went by us this time. They say that May and June are Tornado months, lets hope so because June is almost over. We have some pictures to show you of what it looked like outside our back patio that night around 6:30 p.m.

Hi, it’s been a while, I have been in recovery mode. I like to run around with my sister Grace. We run in and out of the patio door when it is open. Mom opens it when it is nice so we can sit outside and enjoy. I was chasing Grace all over the house, in and out the patio door. Then it hit me, the door that is. Dad went outside on the patio to cook and shut the door. I didn’t realize it was closed and POW! I hit the glass. I was mere concussed!! Of course it couldn’t have happened to Grace. I was the fool. Has anyone out there ever had this happen to you?

Every night I help Mom get ready for bed. When I get on the bathroom sink I like to look in her makeup mirror. It makes my face really big, but sometimes I get a little dizzy looking at myself so close. The problem I have is fighting for time in front of it. Mom spends hours plucking her whiskers out. I don’t get it. I love my whiskers the way they are.
Will I ever get to look in the mirror and see only me?
